Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 9 & 11) waren 10 Tage (Ende Juli/Anfang August 2026) mit unserem Guide Danny unterwegs. Es war durch die Agentur alles sehr gut organisiert und unser Guide war wirklich sehr sehr nett! Gestartet haben wir in Sigiriya (dort wurden wir abgeholt), weiter nach Kandy, Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Yala & Udawalawe, Arugam Bay und zum Schluss noch der Transport von Arugam Bay zurück nach Colombo. Die Unterkünfte (außer an den Nationalparks) hatten wir selbst organisiert. Alles drumherum - Ausflüge, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. wurde durch die Agentur geplant. Über die Agentur haben wir auch die Safari im Yala als auch im Udawalawe Nationalpark gebucht. Auch da war alles super organisiert und die Guides in den Safariparks top. Wir haben so so viel gesehen und erklärt bekommen. Es hat rundum Spaß gemacht. Ich kann wirklich von Herzen empfehlen eine mehrtägige Tour mit 'Travelers Choice To Ceylon' zu machen!

Wir waren als Famile 14 Tage mit DAM quer durch Sri Lanka unterwegs. Die Tour war sehr gut geplant und durchgeführt, eine perfekte Mischung aus Sightseeing und Relaxing. DAM selbst ist ein Guide bei dem man spürt, dass er seinen Job liebt. Er war stets gut gelaunt, witzig und extrem kompetent. Als lizenzsierter Guide war er bei allen Attraktionen dabei und konnte uns alles top erklären. Wer mit DAM unterwegs ist, erlebt Sri Lanka auf eine wunderbare Art und Weise! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!

Hier reichen 5 Sterne bei weitem nicht aus. Wir waren 15 Tage mit Touguide Sri Lanka unterwegs und unser Guide Dam und sein Fahrer Samil waren einfach unglaublich. Der Slogan " komme als Tourist und gehe als Freund" ist absolut zutreffend. Dam hat uns so viele Dinge über dieses wundervolle Land erzählt und so konnten wir jede Sehenswürdigkeit auch verstehen. Er hat uns sehr viel über die Kultur und Religionen erzählt und er verfügt über enormes Wissen. Es war immer alles perfekt organisiert, er hat Dinge mit unseren 10 verschiedenen Hotels geklärt. Er kennt sich bestens mit Möglichkeiten fürs Abendessen aus, was für uns wirklich super war. Jedes Restaurant war top. Und er kennt wirklich jeden "Washroom" in Sri Lanka :-). Es ist ein großer Vorteil einen Local Guide dabei zu haben da sie einfach so viele Dinge organisieren, ermöglichen und wissen. Wir können nur jedem ans Herz legen, wenn ihr das wahre Sri Lanka kennenlernen möchtet, dann bucht eine Tour mit Tourguide. Ihr werdet eine unglaubliche Reise haben und seid bestens betreut. We were very satisfied with the tour! Everything was well organised, and we really appreciated the great service, warm hospitality, and all the thoughtful arrangements throughout the trip. The itinerary was also customised according to our needs, especially to make it comfortable and suitable for both our elderly family members and our 4-year-old daughter. One of the highlights of our trip was attending the Kandy Esala Perahera Festival, which took place from 18 to 28 August 2026. It was a fantastic and unforgettable experience! We paid extra for reserved seats, which gave us a great viewing spot to enjoy the procession and take photos. Being able to witness the colourful costumes, traditional performances, elephants, and vibrant atmosphere up close was truly amazing. We had some wonderful experiences along the way, including a cooking class, which was great fun and something we really enjoyed. One of the highlights for our daughter was visiting Udawalawe National Park, where she got to see wild elephants, peacocks, and monkeys. She also had the opportunity to visit a turtle sanctuary near Mirissa, where she learnt about the different types of turtles and got to see them up close. These were very meaningful experiences for her. The hotels were overall good, and we had a comfortable stay throughout the trip. The tour van was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with air conditioning, which was especially important when travelling with a child and elderly family members. Food-wise, our daughter cannot eat spicy food, but the team was very accommodating and recommended and arranged food that was suitable for her. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food options. We especially enjoyed the Sri Lankan cuisine, with hoppers being one of our favourites! Our chauffeur, Mr. Yasitha, was also a big part of making our trip enjoyable. He drove carefully and was always there to accompany and assist us whenever needed. We really appreciated his attentiveness, patience, and care from the day he picked us up from our hotel until he sent us to the airport. He was always happy to explain things and answer our questions whenever we asked. He was also very patient and friendly with our daughter. He would chat and play with her during the journey, and even play her favourite songs in the van, which she really enjoyed. It was these little things that made us feel very well taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, we had a really wonderful experience with the team. Thank you so much for making our Sri Lanka trip so enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable! ❤️

Unsere zweiwöchige Rundreise war einfach unvergesslich – und einen riesigen Anteil daran hatte unser großartiger Guide Dam! Man merkt sofort, dass Dam seinen Beruf nicht einfach macht, sondern ihn mit ganzem Herzen lebt. Seine positive Ausstrahlung, sein Humor und seine Herzlichkeit haben unsere Reise jeden Tag aufs Neue bereichert. 😊 Wenn wir diese Reise noch einmal machen würden, würden wir uns sofort wieder Dam als Guide wünschen! We as a family of 7 were exploring Sri Lanka for 3 weeks together with Yasitha our chauffeur; but he was so much more. He was always friendly, polite and patient with us, answering all our many questions while driving us carefully to all our destinations and recommending the best stops along the way. Every night he prepared the car for the next day e.g. cleaning the windows so we had the best views during our journey. The booking process was very good as well. We got fast feedback and had a smooth booking process. I can especially recommend arranging safaris and guides through the company/Yasitha. The guides were speaking much better English and were more knowledgeable than the guides/safaris we had arranged ourselves beforehand.

10 days with Danny through Sri Lanka We (2 adults and 2 children 9 & 11) were on the road for 10 days (end of July/beginning of August 2026) with our guide Danny. Everything was very well organized by the agency and our guide was really very, very nice! We started in Sigiriya (we were picked up there), continued to Kandy, Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Yala & Udawalawe, Arugam Bay, and finally the transport from Arugam Bay back to Colombo. We organized the accommodations (except at the national parks) ourselves. Everything else - excursions, sights, etc. was planned by the agency. Through the agency, we also booked the safari in Yala as well as in Udawalawe National Park. Everything was also super organized there, and the guides in the safari parks were top-notch. We saw so, so much and had it all explained to us. It was fun all around. I can truly recommend from the heart taking a multi-day tour with 'Travelers Choice To Ceylon'!

Vacation 5 stars are far from enough here. We were on the road for 15 days with Tourguide Sri Lanka and our guide Dam and his driver Samil were simply incredible. The slogan "come as a tourist and leave as a friend" is absolutely accurate. Dam told us so many things about this wonderful country and that way we were also able to understand every sight. He told us a lot about the culture and religions and he possesses enormous knowledge. Everything was always perfectly organized, he clarified things with our 10 different hotels. He is very knowledgeable about dinner options, which was really great for us. Every restaurant was top-notch. And he really knows every "washroom" in Sri Lanka :-). It is a great advantage to have a local guide with you because they simply organize, enable, and know so many things. We can only recommend to everyone, if you want to get to know the real Sri Lanka, then book a tour with Tourguide. You will have an incredible trip and be well taken care of. Absolutely convincing!!!! We traveled as a family for 14 days with DAM across Sri Lanka. The tour was very well planned and executed, a perfect mix of sightseeing and relaxing. DAM himself is a guide who you can tell loves his job. He was always in a good mood, funny, and extremely competent. As a licensed guide, he was with us at all the attractions and was able to explain everything to us perfectly. Anyone traveling with DAM experiences Sri Lanka in a wonderful way! A Remarkable Sri Lanka Trip with Ceylon Tour Ayubowan !! Ayubowan! We recently had an amazing trip to Sri Lanka, and would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Ratnanayaka and Mr. Nirodha.
